Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nöbet & Vardiya Takvimi (Shift & Duty Calendar) application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

The App provides shift and duty tracking, calendar management, family calendar sharing, and AI-powered analysis services.

2. Account and Usage

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for the security of your account.
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers free basic features.
Pro and AI subscription plans provide additional features.
Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Subscription cancellation is done through the subscription settings of the respective store.
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. AI Features

AI features use artificial intelligence technology and results are for informational purposes only.
Content generated by AI does not carry any guarantee of accuracy.
Data shared with AI is not stored after processing.

5. Family Calendar

You may create a family calendar and invite other users.
You are responsible for the data shared within the family calendar.
Family members can only view data within the family calendar.

6. Content and Data

Data you enter into the App (shifts, notes) belongs to you.
You may export or delete your data at any time.
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is".
Shift calculations are for informational purposes and do not replace official documents.
Legal alerts (weekly hour limits, etc.) are reminders only and do not constitute legal advice.
No liability is accepted for damages arising from data loss. You are advised to back up your data regularly.

8. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited:

Reverse engineering or copying the App
Attempting to bypass security measures
Unauthorised access to other users' data
Using the App to distribute malicious software

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
Google AdMob — advertising
Supabase — authentication and database
RevenueCat — subscription management
Google Sign-In — authentication

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. You will be notified of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
